Development, maintenance and usage of all-Russian classifiers on technical, economic and social information
Development, maintenance and usage of Russian classifiers regulated by the Federal Law of 27 December 2002 Number 184-FZ "On Technical Regulation", Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 10, 2003 Number 677 "On the national classifications on technical, economic and social information in the socio-economic sphere". Rules of standardization PR 50.1.024-2005: "The main position and procedure of development, maintenance and usage of Russian classifiers."
The national standardization system of Russian Federation includes Russian classifiers. Russian classifiers solve following tasks:
Development of Russian classifiers is provided by the federal executive bodies and includes Russian project's classifiers and their changes, the relevant rules of standardization, the methodical maintenance and application of Russian classifiers.
The Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology provides adoption and implementation of the Russian classifiers.
STANDARTINFORM coordinates working process of this classifiers. The expertise of Russian classifiers projects and review of others documents concerning the Russian classifiers, is conducted by the Technical Committee of the national classificators, that was established in accordance with the of the Russian Federation Government resolution dated November 10, 2003 № 677.
There are 34 Russian classifier of the main types in Russia: technical, economic and social information, economic activities, fixed assets, funds, currency.
Development of the national classification work is determined by the Action Plan of the methodology and coding information systematization, the improvement and updating of Russian classifiers, registers and information resources, approved by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russian Federation AV Dvorkovich from August 10, 2013 № 4760p-P10, with the endorsement of the Government of the Russian Federation Concept creation and development of the state information system of public finance management "Electronic Budget".
