working on the conclusion of bilateral agreements on the distribution of normative documents with international organizations and national standards bodies;
coordinating the management of existing license agreements and bilateral agreements on mutual information exchange and dissemination of standards;
provides answers to requests of the WTO (TBT / SPS);
The implementation of license agreements provides the information to Standardization Technical Committee for the development of technical regulations and standards, harmonization of national standards, the replenishment of the Federal information corpus of technical regulations and standards, makes domestic consumers to obtain information on existing international and national technical regulations and standards and purchase copies of international and national regulations.

A trilateral Agreement on “Joint activities in the field of information security in the area of technical regulations of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space” was signed between FGUP “STANDARTINFOM”, Scientific and Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification (BelGISS) and the Republican State Enterprise" Kazakh Institute of Standardization and Certification "(KazInSt) in February 2013. The agreement is to ensure a common system of integrated information provision in the field of technical regulation of the Common Economic Space of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
The agreement provides access to the technical regulations of the Customs Union, interstate standards, national standards of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan and other documents used for the purposes of assessment (confirmation) compliance with technical regulations of the Customs Union.
