"STANDARTINFORM" participants: Gennady Vorobyov, Director of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and Vyacheslav Krasilov, Head of the Department of Heat Generating Equipment for Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, took part in the discussion of changes in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Safety of Equipment Working under Overpressure" (TR CU 032/2013).
The meeting was held on July 2 by videoconference. It was initiated by the EEC Technical Regulation and Accreditation Department. Participants: representatives of EEC, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Rostechnadzor, Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gosstandart of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry for Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus.
A number of changes concerned the establishment of forms, schemes and conformity assessment procedures based on model schemes approved by Decision № 44 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) of 18 April 2018. Developer is EEC Technical Regulation and Accreditation Department.
The amendments also were discussed, which aim is to clarify and concretize certain provisions of TS CU 032/2013 taking into account the experience of its application and ensure a common understanding and compliance with the requirements of technical regulations in the design, manufacture and conformity assessment of products intended for release into circulation in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). Developer is Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).
Gennady Vorobyov voiced comments and proposals for amendments to the schemes and procedures for assessment (confirmation) of compliance with TR CU 032/2013, as well as changes relating to the exclusion from the cover documents "safety reasons", elements of equipment and the definition of the term "pre-production" of equipment under pressure.
As a result of the meeting it was decided to carry out corrective actions on changing the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of equipment operating under overpressure ".
