In his report he outlined the current state and prospects of applying the IEC experience in standardization and conformity assessment of equipment based on renewable energy sources (RES).
"The International Certification System of IEC RES (IECRE) has successfully completed the stage of its formation. The development of the system takes into account the positive experience of other existing International Certification Systems of IEC (IECEE, IECQ, IECEx) aimed at simplification of equipment import and export", - said A.V. Ivanov.
The discussion were attended by representatives of specialized organizations, standardization experts and standard developers on the subject of renewable energy, including: JSC "NovaWind", JSC "Rusnano", PJSC "Enel Russia", LLC "Avelar Solar Technologies", LLC "Solar Systems", LLC " Vestas RUS", LLC " Viesh-Vie ".
One of the main areas of discussion was the effectiveness of: the systems of conformity assessment in various areas of RES sector development, as well as participation in international systems of conformity assessment to ensure the requirements for localization and development of export potential of the Russian industry.
The meeting participants noted the importance of using the IEC experience in the field of RES to ensure the implementation of projects on localization of production facilities in Russia with further development of equipment supplies to foreign markets. One of the key conditions for the development is the activation and strengthening of standardization activities, both at the national and interstate levels, and in the form of participation of Russian experts on standardization in the specialized technical committees of IEC.
