GOST R ISO/IEC 15408-3-2013, Information technology. Security techniques. Evaluation criteria for IT security. Part 3. Security assurance requirements, was the most popular standard in December 2020, according to information from the Information Products Distribution Department of "STANDARTINFORM". This document is the final section of ISO/IEC 15408 standard, which consists of three parts:
1) Introduction and general model;
2) Functional components of security;
3) Components of security confidence.
According to the standard, the core concept of ISO/IEC 15408 is to provide trust based on the evaluation (active investigation) of an IT product, which has to comply with certain security criteria.
The documents included in the series of standards for the unified system of design documentation, first introduced in February of this year, were very popular with consumers in the last month of 2020.
GOST R 2.610-2019, Unified system for design documentation. Rules for making exploitative documents, establishes general rules for execution of operation manual, installation manual, form, passport, label, catalog, norms of spare parts of mechanical and instrumentation engineering products. According to the standard, the manual includes the following parts: introduction, description and operation, intended use, maintenance, current repair storage, transportation, disposal. The document contains general rules of executing interactive exploitation documents (IED). The IED data is provided through a set of software tools, providing visualization of the information contained in the electronic document, and interactive interaction with the user.
GOST R 2.106-2019, Unified system for design documentation. Textual documents, establishes the forms and rules for the execution of design documents of mechanical and instrument engineering products. The document, among other things, applies to specifications, bill of quantities, bill of purchase items, tables, explanatory notes, calculations and instructions. According to the standard, when executing text documents in typewritten form, horizontal lines may be omitted. The size of the boxes may be changed at the developer's discretion, if necessary, except for the size of the boxes of the main inscription and additional boxes to it. Electronic text documents can be obtained in the form of a report from the product database, as secondary documents from the electronic structure of the product.
GOST R 2.601-2019, Unified system for design documentation. Exploitative documents. According to the standard, exploitation documents (ED) are designed, among other things, for operation of products, getting acquainted with their design, studying the rules of operation, reflecting the information certifying the manufacturer's guaranteed values of the main parameters and characteristics of the product. ED are developed on the basis of working design documentation, experience of operation of similar products, results of research and development works aimed at improvement of operation quality. ED can be paper and electronic. ED supplied with the product shall contain the names of the country and the manufacturer's enterprise, information about the main technical data, as well as the rules and conditions of effective and safe use, storage, transportation and disposal of the product.
GOST R 59024-2020, Water. General requirements for sampling, will come into force in August 2021.The standard applies to any type of water and establishes general requirements for sampling, transportation and preparation for storage of water samples intended to determine indicators of its composition and properties. According to the standard, water sampling is performed to control its quality, to study, to determine composition and properties of water by indicators regulated in regulatory documents and also to identify sources of pollution of water bodies. Water samples may be taken manually or using automated equipment. Samplers for manual sampling shall be made of materials that do not contaminate the sample. It is preferable to use stainless steel samplers for sampling water with a temperature above 40 ºC and/or from a stream with a high head.
GOST 25100-2020, Soils. Classification, will come into force on January 1, 2021 to replace the same-name standard. The new document applies to all soils and establishes their general classification used in engineering surveys, design and construction of buildings and structures. According to GOST, soils are divided into rocky, dispersed and frozen. Rocky soils are soils, which are dominated by chemical structural bonds, forming two main types of structures: crystallization and cementation. Dispersed soils are divided into non-cohesive, the structure of which is determined by mechanical bonds, and cohesive, the structure of which is determined by physical and physical-chemical bonds. Frozen soils are those whose structure is determined by cryogenic bonds. There are three subtypes: rocky frozen soils, dispersed frozen soils, and ice soils.
