Fifty interstate and national standards came into force in early February.
GOST R 59268-2020, Construction works and standard processes. Sandwich panel and glass installation using vacuum grippers. Guidelines and work performance control, came into force for the first time.
The document applies to the processes of building structures installation, the outer side of which is an airtight surface (glass, glazing or sandwich panel) during the construction of new and repair of existing buildings and structures.
A vacuum gripper, with which installation is carried out, is a special device for lifting, holding and safely transporting cargo.
According to the standard, vacuum grippers must maintain their performance in the rain at air temperatures above plus 3 ° C. The device, in particular, is equipped with a system of vacuum level leakage indication.
The document prohibits vacuum gripper operation at wind speeds over 11 m/s, and when working with panels over 16 m long - over 8 m/s.
GOST R 59034-2020, Services in railway transport. Requirements for the quality of services for the transportation of coal in open-top rolling stock, also entered into force for the first time.
This standard applies to transportation in open wagons, hopper wagons and platforms: lignite and coal briquettes; coal concentrate and intermediate products; coal coke furnace and furnace fuel; lignite, granulated and hard coal, as well as coal slime and charge.
According to the standard the type of open rolling stock is chosen by a cargo consignor depending on the physical and chemical properties of the cargo and the type of facilities for loading and unloading operations.
For loading the coal the wagons suitable for transportation of concrete cargo and without technical damages are delivered.
They must have serviceable bodies and, if any, unloading hatches, as well as serviceable locking mechanisms and locking devices, cleaned from the remains of earlier transported cargoes.
The covers of the unloading hatches should be sealed during transportation of coal with the fraction less than 10 mm.
GOST R 52575-2021, Automobile roads of general use. Road marking materials. Technical requirements, replaced the document of the same name fourteen years ago.
According to the standard, materials are divided into thermoplastics, paints (enamels), and cold plastics.
The document divides materials for permanent and temporary road markings.
Paints (enamels) can be water-based and using organic solvents.
Thermoplastics and cold plastics are differentiated by the method of application into thick (application thickness of 1.5 mm or more) and thin-layer (application thickness of less than 1.5 mm).
We have previously written about the "February" documents for measuring bars of gold, disinfectants, and dangerous goods.
