At the beginning of the month, 113 national and interstate standards came into force. Among them - a series of documents on coal and coke, standards for solid mineral fuels and sheet metal rolling.
Briefly about some documents at the national level that came into force for the first time.
GOST R 59284-2020 “Unmanned vessels of technical fleet. General requirements” apply to ships operated by an operator or an autonomous onboard program, and designed to serve other ships, waterways, as well as used for port facilities and underwater mining.
The document establishes the basic requirements for unmanned ships (BES), ship systems and components during their development, production, certification and operation.
According to the standard, the construction, modernization and re-equipment of BES, the manufacture of materials and products for them is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the Russian River Register.
BES radio equipment provides continuous communication with the external crew, external pilot, operators of vessel traffic control systems and remote traffic control.
With the help of BES video equipment, continuous monitoring of the movement and maneuvering of the vessel, mooring operations, anchoring, locking and docking is carried out. If necessary, video equipment should provide control and monitoring of the condition of deck mechanisms, cargo holds, rooms and systems.
GOST R 22.9.34-2020 “Safety in emergency. Motor vehicles for emergency rescue. Classification. General technical requirements. Test methods” applies to newly developed and modernized rescue vehicles based on two-wheeled motorcycles, off-road four-wheeled motor vehicles (all-terrain vehicles), snowmobiles and snow and swamp vehicles, as well as trailers for them.
According to the standard, the average resource before overhaul for rescue motorcycles is 50,000 km, for ATVs - 30,000 km, for snowmobiles - 20,000 km, for ATVs and snow and swamp vehicles - 12,000 km.
According to the standard, the main parameters of the cab for driving rescue ATVs and snowmobiles should ensure the placement of the driver and crew at the workplace, as well as the convenience of entry and exit of personnel.
GOST R 59282-2020 “Warehouse management systems. Functional requirements” applies to information systems that are designed to manage the processes and resources of the warehouse.
Warehouse management systems (WMS) include planning, distribution and control over the execution of warehouse operations according to the rules and algorithms established in the standard functionality of a particular system, or additionally developed during its implementation and operation.
The tasks of the WMS are, among other things, are warehouse resource management, real-time warehouse monitoring and analytical reporting on key performance indicators of the warehouse.
The WMS operates within the enterprise system environment and communicates with adjacent systems through interfaces. WMS can be integrated both with higher-level systems, for example, with an ERP system (enterprise resource planning system), and with systems located at lower hierarchical levels, for example, with MFCS (materials management system) or PLC (programmable logistics controller).
