In early April, 113 national and interstate standards came into force.
Among them are a series of documents on coal and coke, standards for hosiery and camelina oil.
We have previously reviewed national standards for unmanned vessels, motorized transport rescue vehicles and warehouse management systems.
GOST 32624-2020 “Crown caps. General specifications” replaced GOST with 6-year-old crown caps.
Crown caps are closures in the form of crown-shaped metal caps with a sealing component. The crown-cap is fixed along the entire outer perimeter of the bottle rim seal ring.
By design, these products are classified into crimp, screw and with a ring for opening.
An important element of the crown cap is the sealing component, which ensures its tight connection with the end surface of the bottle neck finish. Sealing components are divided into elements molded directly into the crown cover body, gaskets and insert plugs.
For the manufacture of crown caps, aluminum tape and cold-rolled sheet are used. Sealing components are made of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride.
The crown lid usually has 21 teeth.
Bottles with product, which are sealed with crown caps, are checked for leaks. To do this, they are immersed in water at least 20 mm below the surface. Then the water is heated to 45 ° C and the heating temperature is maintained for 20 minutes. Bottles with pasteurized beer are heated to 70 ° C, and bottles with sparkling wine to 50 ° C.
GOST R 59197-2020 «Dry cement base adhesives, base coats for facade’s thermo insulation composite systems with external plaster lays for using at low temperature. Specifications» entered into force for the first time.
The document applies to compounds used in the construction, reconstruction and repair of buildings and structures, and intended for the device of adhesive and reinforced base plaster layers of the facade thermal insulation system at an ambient temperature of + 5 ° C to minus 10 ° C,
According to the standard, the largest aggregate grain size for adhesives and base plasters does not exceed 1.25 mm.
Before testing, adhesive and basic plaster compounds must be kept in their original packaging in closed warehouses at a temperature not lower than + 5 ° C and a humidity not higher than 60% for at least 48 hours.
In order to determine the normalized quality indicators of the hardened compositions, the following hardening regime should be provided: the first 7 days after the manufacture of samples - at the minimum temperature declared by the manufacturer, then 21 days at a temperature of 21 ° C and a relative humidity of 55%.
GOST R 59106-2020 «Piled steel screws. Specifications» entered into force for the first time.
The standard applies to screw piles of various designs with a tubular shaft, intended for pile foundations of buildings and structures in various macroclimatic regions.
Screw piles are subdivided into blade, spiral and combined. Usually piles are made in multiples of 1 m. Piles up to 6 m in length are usually made in one piece. Piles with a length of more than 6 m can be made composite, consisting of the main (lower) and additional sections with a length of at least 2 m.
According to the standard, at the factory, piles are treated with various anti-corrosion coatings: hot zinc, cold-galvanized compounds, primer, protective powder-polymer and epoxy layers.
In the field, according to the document, it is allowed to weld load-lifting loops, flanges and reinforcing linings to the piles, as well as docking of additional sections and trimming the upper ends of the piles after installation.
