Standartinform took part in the events of the XIII International Salon of Security Means «Integrated Security - 2021», which was held on May 12-16 at the «Patriot» Convention Center.

Government bodies, leading industrial enterprises, industry associations and unions took part in the work of the International Salon.

As part of the business program of the salon, an International Scientific and Practical Conference was held, at which issues of information support in the field of technical regulation and standardization in the development of the «Safe City» hardware and software complex in the Russian Federation were discussed.
During the event, for active participation in the joint solution of problems of arrangement and technical regulation in the field of protecting the population and territories from emergencies

The agenda of the salon, among other things, included scheduled meetings of technical committees for standardization «Civil defense, prevention and elimination of emergencies» (TC 071) and «Fire safety» (TC 274), which discussed, among other things, issues of innovations and prospects for the development of standardization and technical regulation in the Russian Federation.
A. Ivanov at a meeting of TC 274 made a presentation on «Amendments to the Federal Law of June 29, 2015 No. 162-FZ» On standardization in the Russian Federation. «New fundamental national standards». He emphasized the importance of the formation of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Russian Institute for Standardization" and the strengthening of its systemic function to increase the efficiency of the development of the national standardization system.
«Despite the numerous restrictions associated with the pandemic, in 2020, a whole range of measures was implemented to improve the national standardization system. Rosstandart approved new key fundamental standards. Amendments to the Federal Law of June 29, 2015 No. 162-FZ «On standardization in the Russian Federation» were adopted.
