At the beginning of the month, 190 national and interstate standards came into force. Among them are a series of documents for soils; foam compounds; mounted and trailed agricultural machines and other standards.
Shortly about some of the documents.
GOST R 59437-2021 “The preservation of monuments of stone architecture. General requirements” entered into force for the first time.
The standard defines the rules and principles of work on the preservation of architectural parts, elements, main and enclosing structures of stone architecture monuments.
The document prescribes the requirements for the restoration and preservation of foundations made of natural stone, white stone masonry and decor, elements and details of brickwork, metal and wooden structures in stone architecture, as well as the requirements for painting facades and interiors.
For example, after cleaning and opening the surface of the white stone masonry and decoration, a defective list of losses and damage to the stone is made up, which are subsequently filled in by repairing (replacing) deeply damaged blocks and parts.
It is not recommended to use cement-sand masonry mortars, except for buildings where this type of mortar is the original and refers to the time of its construction.
Painting of walls, ceilings, interior decor elements of monuments of stone architecture should be carried out at an ambient temperature of not less than 8 °C and a relative humidity of not more than 70 %.
GOST R 42.3.01-2021 “Civil defense. Technical means of public notification. Classification. General technical requirements” replaced the document of the same name that was published ten years ago.
The standard applies to technical means of public notification (TSO), which are used in special systems for timely informing the population about the dangers that arise during natural and man-made emergencies.
According to the functional purpose of the TSO, they are divided into: an automated notification workplace; launch, control, monitoring, interfacing devices and an end notification tool.
Electric, pneumatic and mechanical sirens are audible warning devices. Loudspeakers and remote acoustic installations are speech — based.
According to the standard, the average time to failure of the TCO is at least 30,000 hours; the service life is at least 12 years.
TCO working in an open space must be durable and retain their properties at temperatures from minus 50 °C to plus 50 °C, relative humidity from 30 % to 95% and atmospheric pressure from 86 to 106 kPa.
GOST R 59328-2021 “Aerial photography for mapping. Technical requirements” entered into force for the first time.
The standard specifies the requirements for a set of digital aerial photography works for creating and updating topographic maps and plans.
The aerial photography system includes: a digital camera, an on-board receiver with a global navigation satellite system (GNSS), a satellite antenna, a gyro platform or an aerial photo installation, and hardware and software navigation tools that ensure that the aircraft is guided along the projected aerial photography routes.
In aerial photography, you can use frame (based on matrices), scanner (based on lines of photosensitive elements) and hybrid aerial cameras.
The camera, among other things, must be able to obtain raw panchromatic and color (RGB) images with a bit depth of at least 12 bits for each of the color components and images in TIFF format with a bit depth of 8 bits as a result of primary processing.
To determine the coordinates of the image projection centers, a GNSS receiver is used, the measurement frequency of which is up to 5 Hz for manned aircraft and up to 10 Hz for unmanned aircraft.
Gyro platforms provide compensation for the angles of inclination of the aircraft by roll (movement relative to the longitudinal axis) and pitch (movement relative to the transverse axis) with the correction of the horizon during flight. In exceptional cases, when using a medium-format topographic aerial camera, as well as when installing an aerial photography system on board an unmanned aircraft, the gyro platform may be replaced by a simplified platform or absent.
