70 national and interstate standards became effective in early August. There are documents on building materials, fire classification of building products and constructions, automobile roads of general use.
We will elaborate on several documents which came into force for the first time.
The first standard for examination is GOST R 59235-2020 «Containers for military weapons, grenade launchers and cold weapons. Classification»
This standard is applied to the containers for military weapons, grenade launchers and cold weapons, their component parts, equipment for their maintenance. This document also sets classification of these containers.
According to standard containers are subdivided into: types of weapons, types of construction and dimensions, manufacturing material of a shell of a container, climatic category, groups of fire behavior and application.
Containers have several groups in dependence of their intended purpose.
Each group is classified and dedicated for storage, transportation, carrying out of handling operations, packaging ( repacking) of the following types of military weapons: small-calibre and normal-calibre combat weapons, handguns and flare guns, grenade launchers; large-calibre combat weapons and grenade launchers; military cold weapons; component and spare parts, outfit for combat weapons, grenade launchers as well as equipment for cold military weapons.
Now we will have a look at GOST R 59441—2021 «Butene-butadiene fraction. Specifications».
Standard applies to butene-butadiene fraction which is produced with the application of an ethylene-based process during the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon gases, fuels, diesel fractions or their mixtures. Butene-butadiene fraction is dedicated for production of synthetic rubber and other petrochemical products.
The fraction is a flammable liquefied gas and it is mainly a mixture of C4 hydrocarbons. Its boiling temperature can vary from the following degrees: - 4 °C to 0 °C.
The fraction belongs to the fourth hazard class (low-hazard substances) by the degree of effect on human body in accordance with GOST 12.1.007.
The fraction does not chemically interact with water and air under normal conditions.
Means of personal protection must be used during interaction with fractions.
GOST R 59150—2020 «Vapor-insulating flexible polymeric materials (thermoplastic and elastomeric). General specifications»
This standard is distributed on polymeric materials which are applied in building construction and during manufacturing of reinforced and unreinforced products.
Vapor-insulating flexible polymeric materials have different degrees of permeability for water vapor in dependence of their types.
Vapor-insulating vapor-resistant films with the function of water protection go for the first type. The second type covers vapor-insulating vapor-resistant films without the function of water protection, the third type covers adaptive films with the function of water protection, adaptive films without water protection go for the fourth type while the fifth type covers vapor-insulating vapor-resistant films of special purpose.
Tearing toughness test by the nail shank should be carried out for unreinforced vapor-insulating films.
