Traditional annual exhibition «MetrolExpo» took place in VDNKh, Moscow since 8th till 10th of September. «MetrolExpo» is a key event in the field of metrology and technical regulation.
Russian Standardization Institute (FSBI «RST») participated in an official opening of the exhibition, plenary session and business events of the exhibition. Delegation of FSBI «RST» headed by the Acting Director General Konstantin Leonidov was presented by the Deputy Director General Aleksey Ivanov, the Director of the Department of International Cooperation Julia Tufanova and the Head of the Department of Methodology of Standardization and Regional Cooperation Ekaterina Velmozhina.
Emphasis on the development of national measuring instruments became a special feature of «MetrolExpo 2021».
Plenary session «Import substitution of measuring equipment» was held on September 8th, 2021 and the above-mentioned matters were discussed during this plenary session in the framework of the business program.
Head of GOST R Anton Shalaev performed as a moderator of the plenary session. Speeches of the following spokesmen were presented during the event: Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Aleksey Uchenov, Head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Main Scientific Metrological Center» of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation Timur Mamleev, General Director of the JSC «RT-Tekhpriemka» Vladlen Shorin, representatives of the D.I. Mendeleev All-Russian Institute for Metrology (VNIIM), Committee on Technical Regulation, Standardization and Conformity Assessment of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs, All-Russian Quality Organization.
