61 national and interstate standards came into force in the beginning of October. There are series of documents on automobile roads of general use, system of standards for occupational safety, wheelchairs, explosive atmospheres among them.
Now we will elaborate on several documents which became effective for the first time.
GOST 34707- 2021 «Optical elements for light signal devices of railway transport. Specifications»
Current standard is distributed on optical elements for light signal devices of railway transport with filament lamps: lenses, glass filters, filter-lenses, dispersers, deflecting insertions, packages of glass filters of lenses. Standard also establishes technical conditions to them.
This document sets the requirements for optical elements. According to them optical elements should withstand the effects of changes in the temperature varying from 60 degrees below zero to 65 degrees above zero, solar radiation and dynamic abrasive dust.
The following elements are prohibited in optic elements according to the document: chips and nicks with the length and width more than 2 mm, with depth more than 1 mm, foreign inclusions, short moulding.
Tests of optical elements should be carried out in normal climatic conditions: temperature should be (25 ± 10) °С; relative air humidity should vary from 45 % to 80 %; atmosphere pressure — from 84,0 to 106,7 kPa (from 630 to 800 mmHg).

Identification of voice data can be carried out both during connection of devices to the Internet with WI-FI with remote voice recognition module and with the use of embedded module in accordance with this standard.
Results of identification can be reflected by the device on the screen of a mobile gadget in the dialogue screen of the specialized software, monitor, TV screen or Braile display, in text or tactile forms. These results are saved in the buffer of the device and can be viewed with the help of specialized software while making connection of the devices to Internet and to the mobile device through WI-FI.
Interface with the dialog box and box with the infed text information by the user is reflected on the screen of the monitor or TV while making wired connection of the devices to the monitor or TV screen.
The following information is displayed in the dialog box: recognized speech information in a text form; system messages informing about the instructions during the process of an initializing the mode of adding a new person's voice or information about the battery level. User of the devices can receive speech recognition results in a tactile form on the Braile display connected via a wired connection or WI-FI.
The devices are powered both from the built-in battery and from a standard power supply with an output voltage of 5 volts connected to the household power supply network with a voltage of 220 volts and a frequency of 50 Hz.

This document is distributed on the retractors for children and adults dedicated for the dilution of upper shoulder girdle, reclination and partial unloading of upper and middle thoracic spines in an orthopedically corrected position in the process of treatment and for the prevention of diseases and deformations.
This standard determines that the mass of the product and its inner surface of the base ensure the attachment to the human body without exerting excessive pressure on it and the design of the product. Fastening elements and the shape of the base hold the product on the patient's body. Inserts of the reclinator are located in the pockets of the base fixing it in the corrected position. Straps of the product should not make pressure on the axillary creases and clamp blood vessels and nerve trunks.
The base of the product has individual parameters of the human body in the given position and does not exert excessive pressure on soft tissues, bone protrusions. The inner surface of the base should be free of wrinkles, rugosities and folds. Outer contours of the base should be smooth and aesthetic.
Retractors should be stored on the shelves in closed rooms in a packed form in the following conditions: temperature should vary from 5 ° C to 25 ° C, relative humidity varies from 10% to 80% with protection from direct sunlight. The distance of stored products from heating devices should be at least 1 m.
