GOST R 52745-2021 «Complex quality control system. Conformity assessment of materials, semi-finished products and other products used in the process of manufacture of products for aircraft and other civil, defense and dual use equipment at enterprises-suppliers. General requirements» became the most demanded document according to the information received from the Department of Distribution of the Documents on Standardization of FSBI «RST». This standard has been approved in October 2021 and it is effective nowadays.
National standard is distributed on the materials, semi-finished products, goods of electotechnical industrial sector, securing parts and other parts which can not be applied independently.
Main functions of acceptance inspection in the enterprises-suppliers during carrying out of conformity assessment of the products are the following: participation and control over the verification of raw materials and ingredients including approval of instruction for their incoming verification; keeping records of information about products shipped to the consumers adopted by the acceptance inspection; control and evaluation of technological processes of manufacturing of goods for compliance with the requirements of normative and technical documentation.
If shortcomings are found during the process of conformity assessment of goods the following actions will be taken:
- Acceptance inspection makes a record about the detected shortcomings in the documentation of the enterprise-supplier which accompanies the production flow according to the manufacturing composite lead time;
- Acceptance inspection informs about the detected shortcomings of technological process which can lead to various deviations of goods from the requirements of normative and technical documentation;
- Acceptance inspection coordinates corrective actions taking into account detected shortcomings.
GOST 25100-2020 «Soils. Classification» which has come into force since January 2021 is another highly demanded document among the customers.
Standard has been developed for the purposes of making classification of soils applied during manufacturing of engineering surveys, designing and construction of buildings and constructions. Current document provides the notion of soils which is the following: any geologic material, soil, micronite and human-induced mineral formations considered as multicomponent dynamic systems and part of the geological environment studied in connection with engineering and economic activities.
Materials are divided into rocky, dispersive, frozen classes according to the nature of structural bonds. For example, soils with prevailing chemical structural bonds forming two main types of structures which are subdivided into two subclasses- crystallizational and cemented ones are classified as a first class.
Classes are divided into subclasses, types are divided into subtypes etc.
Third popular standard is GOST 31108-2020 «Common cements. Specifications». This document has become effective since March 2021.
Current document is distributed on the materials manufactured on the basis of the Portland clinker. It is permitted to add special additives into cement to regulate its individual construction and technical characteristics as well as certain additives to improve the grinding process and facilitate transportation of material through pipelines.
