84 new standards came into force since February 1, 2022. Previously we wrote about series of documents that became effective. Now we will elaborate on several national standards in details.
GOST R 55772-2021 «Medical electrical equipment. X-ray equipment for digital radiography and radioscopy. Technical requirements for governmental purchases»
Main aim of current standard is description of technical, functional, qualitative and operational characteristics of digital X-ray equipment for digital radiography and radioscopy for the purposes of preparation of technical project on governmental purchases of medical equipment.
Current document is distributed on X-ray equipment that has one, two or three workspaces.
Now we will provide you with the requirements for the content of technical project for public procurement of medical devices which are covered in current standard: development of technical project by the customer; definition of the subject of the purchase order in technical project; mandatory content of the requirements for those characteristics that are regulated by the standard in technical project.
Characteristics specified in technical project for digital X-ray equipment contain the following requirements: presence of three working positions (vertical, horizontal and inclined); length and width of the table top and its X-ray transparent area.
One more document- GOST R 52725-2021 «Metal-oxide surge arresters without gaps for a.c. electrical installations from 3 to 750 kV. General specifications» has become effective instead of the self-titled standard dated by 2007.
The term «metal-oxide surge arrester» refers to the equipment intended for protection of isolation of electrical equipment from lightning and switching overvoltage.
Arresters are classified according to the following parameters: rated discharge current; carrying capacity charge; thermal energy and charge.
Arresters are also divided into five classes of carrying capacity with corresponding values of classification parameters. For example, rated discharge current of the third class should be 10 kA; carrying capacity charge should not be less than 1.0 coulombs; thermal energy should not be less than 4 kJ/kV.
GOST R 50.05.22-2020 «Conformity assessment system for the use of nuclear energy. Conformity assessment in the form of examination. Quality assessment for metallographic examination of welded joints and cladded surfaces» has come into force for the first time.
It is necessary to carry out metallographic studies according to the document: welded seam of preweld edges with adjacent sections of the base metal during monitoring of welded joints; cladded layer with an adjacent part of the base metal during monitoring of anticorrosive welded seam.
Allowable sizes of single inclusions and accumulations in welded joints of steels and iron-nickel alloys during metallographic studies are provided in current document. Categories of welded joints are divided into 1st, 2nd and 3rd categories. For example, allowable size of welded parts in 2nd category should not be more than 0.2 mm. with a nominal thickness of welded parts up to 1.5 mm inclusively.
