Denis Mironov was appointed as the Director General of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Russian Standardization Institute» (FSBI «RST») by the Order of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology (GOST R) № 114-k dated April 8, 2022.
He was born in 1974 in the Kirov District of the Leningrad Region. He graduated from the Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications with a specialization «Engineer- Radiotechnician» and the North-West Academy of Public Administration with a specialization «Public and Municipal Administration».
Denis Mironov was working in the bodies of municipal authorities. He held leading positions in the bodies of executive authorities of the Leningrad Region, Saint Petersburg and Moscow since 2010.
He managed the Central Research Institute «Electron» (CNII «Electron»), Saint Petersburg since 2016.
Denis Mironov headed the Federal Budgetary Institution «State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Nizhny Novgorod Region» since 2018 that was one of the largest subordinated organizations of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology (GOST R).
He was the Deputy Chairman of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod, the Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod on Economy, Industry and Entrepreneurship since 2020.
