Eighty-three standards became effective since May 1, 2022.
There are group of the documents on silica glass, garden equipment (grass-mowers), best available techniques, data of remote sensing of the Earth from space, automobile roads of general use, packaging among the above-mentioned documents.
Now we will elaborate on some of standards that came into force for the first time.
GOST R 59659-2021 “Raised access floors. Specifications” has been implemented for the first time and it was developed for the purpose of specifying and satisfying unique technical requirements, test and measurement methods, storage conditions, transportation, marking, packaging of raised access floors and their component parts.
Current standard also provides the definition of a raised access floor. Raised access floor is a factory-made floor system which consists of the panels that rest upon a base of the pedestals and/or stringers or other components which are intended for creation of a load-bearing structure. Raised access floors are used for the purposes of organization of the underground technological space.
Current document is distributed on the panels of the raised access floor which are leaned on the regulated pedestals and additional components of the construction.
Raised access floors can have three levels. Load capacity is the most important criteria for classification of the panels of raised access floors. There are six classes of the panels of raised access floors. For example, load capacity for the panels of the first class should not be less than 3,6 kN while load capacity of the panels of the sixth class should not be less than12 kN.
Standard provides the methods according to which the element of the raised access floor should withstand the bump testing by soft and solid objects. Tests are carried out with the temperature of 20 ± 5 °С and with relative moisture of 55 ± 10 %. Such tests should not lead to the destruction of any part of the element.
Panels of the raised access floor are manufactured within the size limits which can ensure the interoperability of raised access floors. Deviations from the specified sizes of the panels of raised access floors must not exceed the values that are set in current standard.
Document should be used if it is needed to carry out the procedure of conformity assessment during the process of certification of the components of the raised access floor.
GOST R 59973-2021 “Electronic-mechanical quartz hand and pocket watches. General specifications” provides subdivision of watches depending on the diameter of the device area and bottom plate of the mechanism.
Watches are manufactured in small and normal calibres. Diameter of the bottom plate of a small caliber of the first group should be up to 20 mm. Watches which are produced above this diameter of 20 mm can be treated as watches of normal caliber of the second group.
This document contains special section devoted to the requirements for the quality of watches ensuring safety of life, health, estates of the citizens and environment.
Watches should be functionally operative in the intervals of the following temperatures - from 1 °С to 45 °С.
Watch rate should stay within the limit of ±3,0 seconds per day during the impact of relative humidity of 98 % with the temperature of 35 °С without the condensation of moisture.
Watches should resist the interference of a magnetic field with its intensity of no less than 1200 A/m.
Water-proof watches must withstand the impact of a rain with an intensity of 5 ± 2 mm/min falling on them at an angle of 60 ° from the vertical. Watches should also withstand water splashing in any direction.
The following elements should be included in the package: watches with a battery, individual packaging, technical and operational documentation of the manufacturer, warranty card.
GOST R 70074-2022 “Rare wine products. General provisions” sets the terms, definitions and main provisions that cover turnover of rare wine products in the Russian market including cases of import of such goods in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Unique goods include wine products produced or imported (including those ones purchased during the auction) in limited batches or wine products from the collection (including private one) or wine products having cultural and historical value or wine products related to the history of the development of science and industry.
Rare products are divided into the following types - sparkling wine including pearl one, strong (liqueur) wine.
Authenticity of rare products is established by the process of analytic investigation of accompanying documents or by the process of authentication if it is necessary. Principles of authentication of the validity of rare products are the following: independence of an expert, sufficiency, comprehensiveness, reliability.
