Session of the Research and Technology Board of the Russian Standardization Institute was held on 30 May 2022 that was headed by the Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Denis Mironov.
Adviser Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute, Deputy Chairman of the Research and Technology Board Yury Budkin informed about the implementation of the decision of the Research and Technology Board of the Russian Standardization Institute that was taken on 27 April 2022.
Yury Budkin told about the development of the editorial policy of the magazine «Informational and economic aspects of standardization and technical regulation». He noted that Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Denis Mironov was appointed as the Head of the Working Group “Digital transformation of information support of standardization systems and technical regulation”.
Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Chairman of the Board of the Association “Digital Innovations in Mechanical Engineering” Boris Pozdneev presented a report that was devoted to the topic of standardization in the field of digital transformation of industry.
He elaborated on creation, composition and projects of the Coordination Council of the Chairmen of twelve technical committees in the field of digital development of industry, social and economic field. Boriz Pozdneev who acts as the Head of this Coordination Council has covered the matters of perspective Standardization Plan in the field of digital transformation of industry for the periods since 2022 until 2024.
Boris Pozdneev informed that the above-mentioned Coordination Council was established within the Committee on industrial policies and technical regulation of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) for the purposes of consolidation of the activities of technical committees on standardization in terms of the development and use of national standards for effective digital transformation of key sectors of Russian economy and for the development of smart manufacturing.
Research and Technology Board of the Russian Standardization Institute endorsed the initiative of the RSPP Committee and Coordination Council on the development of Perspective Standardization Plan in the field of Industry 4.0.
Ten standards which are planned to be developed have been included in the National Standardization Plan 2022.
Ph.D. in Economics Alexey Barykin covered the topic of target model of sectoral standardization in the field of fuel and energy industry.
Research and Technology Board of the Russian Standardization Institute recognized reasonability of information and methodological provision of multiple level planning of the activities on standardization based on scientific and technological, social and economic development and proposals of sectoral ministries.
Research and Technology Board recommended to the Russian Standardization Institute to develop the mechanism of management and coordination of sectoral programs taking into account previously conducted discussion and scientific researches. It will enable to accomplish the principles of complex and forward-looking standardization and accelerated standardization of the results of innovation activities for the purposes of provision of technological leadership and sustainable development of the sectors of the economy.
It was agreed that Russian Standardization Institute would renew the activities which started in 2019 on application of economical and mathematical model of use of standards in separate sectors for the purposes of determination of priority directions of the development of standardization.
