GOST R ISO 19011-2021 “Conformity assessment. Guidelines for auditing management systems” became the most highly demanded standard in May 2022 according to the information received from the Department of Distribution of the Documents on Standardization of the Russian Standardization Institute.
Current document replaced the standard GOST R ISO 19011-2012 “Guidelines for auditing management systems”. GOST R ISO 19011-2021 is focused on organizations of all sizes and types. This document can be used for the purposes of performance of the audit of various fields and scopes including audits conducted by large audit teams (for bigger organizations) and audits performed by one auditor both for small and large companies.
Special attention in this standard is paid to the internal audit (first party audit) and to the audits carried out by the organizations with their external suppliers and other external interested parties (third party audits).
The guidelines given in this standard are applicable for the declaration of conformity. They can be useful for the organizations that train auditors or certify personnel.
GOST R 27.102-2021 “Dependability in technics. Dependability of item. Terms and definitions” has been implemented for the first time and came into force since January 2022. Hardware, software, structures or their combinations can serve as the items according to this document. The term item can also include the staff.
This document specifies 147 terms relating to the structure of the standard, notion of dependability, temporary concepts, failures, defects, damages, status of the item, its maintenance, reconstruction, repair etc.
GOST R 58636-2019 “The system of protection against fraud and counterfeiting. Product turnover traceability. General requirements” became another popular standard in May 2022. Current document has been effective more than two years and it has been implemented for the first time.
The term goods means industrial products including material objects of industrial production that are dedicated for use in various fields such as production, exploitation or consumption fields.
Participants of the turnover of the goods are the following according to current standard: enterprises-developers, manufacturers, suppliers of the goods, enterprises-contractors of works and services in regard to the goods, consumers of the goods and organizations authorized in the field of control over the turnover of the goods.
The term traceability of the goods means the ability to restore history of use and location of the goods with the help of the identification being registered.
Complex of technical means, information resources, regulatory documents, management measures (actions) are used to ensure traceability of the goods. The above-described methods are oriented to assist participants of the turnover of the products in the matters of documenting, storing, obtaining complete and reliable data on production, source of receipt of the goods, requirements for the products and degree of compliance with the requirements, characteristics, quality, location of the products and their components, operations performed during the process of turnover of the product and conditions for the disposal of the turnover of the products.
