Session of the Research and Technology Board of the Russian Standardization Institute was held on June14, 2022.
Adviser Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Iosif Aronov informed about the results of the conducted expert analysis of the international experience on identification of the goods in respect of which obligatory requirements were specified.
Analysis of the approaches and search of the most effective identification of the goods were carried out by means of the examples of the European Union (EU), India, Brazil, Iran, and People’s Republic of China and the provisions of six Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (TR EAEU).
In the framework of analytical research, problems of identification of the goods as an object of the TR EAEU have been identified and methodological recommendations on identification of the goods have been prepared including for the purposes of its use in the framework of digitalization of technical regulation.
Members of the Research and Technology Board positively estimated the analysis conducted by the Russian Standardization Institute.
