The Delegation of GOST R headed by its CEO Anton Shalaev took part in the events of the International Forum “World Quality Day”. Representatives of the GOST R Central Office and GOST R subordinated organizations were members of the GOST R delegation.
Deputy CEO of GOST R Alexander Kuzmin addressed to the participants of the session “Activities of testing laboratories in new conditions” with a welcome speech.
Conditions for ensuring the reliability of the results, impact of current situation on the reproducibility of researches as well as ways to solve the problems faced by the laboratories were covered during the session. Deputy Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Elena Lebedinskaya told about active standards for the methods used by the laboratories in their researches.
Head of the GOST R Department of Standardization Irina Kireeva performed with the report “Regulatory support controlling the matters of healthy nutrition” during the session “Healthy nutrition and nutrient budget of the family”.
Irina Kireeva also participated in the session “Standardization and regulation of touristic industry - poison or remedy?” and presented the report devoted to normative and technical support of tourism industry.
Chief specialist of the GOST R division of industry sectors standardization Oxana Kamishnikova presented her report during the session “Halal-verified level of quality” and highlighted that the Halal sphere was a promising direction for the development of the world economy. Oxana noted that harmonization of the requirements of national standards with international ones was an extremely important task while carrying out standardization activities. She highlighted that it would provide the opportunities for Russian exporters to introduce Halal products on foreign markets.
Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Denis Mironov elaborated on standardization role in ensuring customer centricity of state sector during the session “Systematic approach and implementation of quality standards in government authorities”.
Denis Mironov noted that customer centricity approach assumed putting the needs of the client on the first place during developing products and providing services. Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute said that implementation of customer centricity standards in its turn allowed to ensure forming system solutions in the field of quality management of public services.
