Russian Standardization Institute has carried out a meeting with the representatives from the Republic of Uzbekistan. This meeting aimed at strengthening and development of international cooperation in the field of standardization and digital technologies.
Wide variety of capabilities of the Russian quality management systems was presented to the guests in the framework of the meeting. Familiarization of the delegation with the Subsystem “BERESTA” of the GOST R Federal State Information System was one of the key points during the session.
The Subsystem “BERESTA” is an innovative tool that is intended for process automation, control and analysis in the field of standardization. It also should be mentioned that Russian Standardization Institute has developed this Subsystem “BERESTA”.
During the demonstration, representatives of Uzbekistan were able to evaluate the functionality and efficiency of the system and expressed great interest in the capabilities of the Subsystem “BERESTA”.
The visit was held in a bilateral format and emphasized the importance of prospects for cooperation in the field of standardization for strengthening economic ties between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
