Russian Standardization Institute has carried out training workshops in the field of standardization, metrology and quality for the representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic. 23 specialists from the Central Office and territorial divisions of Kyrgyzstanstandard have taken part in training workshops.
Director General of the Russian Standardization Institute Denis Mironov opened the program of events with a welcoming speech and expressed confidence that the upcoming training would be useful for all its participants.
Representatives of the Kyrgyz delegation participated in various training workshops that were taught by leading experts from the Russian Standardization Institute and visited the Federal Information Collection of Standards during two days.
Main topics of trainings are the following:
- Fundamentals of technical regulation and main trends in its development;
- Familiarization with certification options according to test protocols, collection of evidence (within the EAEU) while registering declarations of conformity;
- Identification of products for which mandatory requirements of TR CU 018/2011 "On safety of wheeled vehicles" are established including in the form of type approval;
- Formation and maintenance of the Federal Information Collection of Technical Regulations and Standards and the Federal Information Collection of Standards;
- Use of the Subsystem “BERESTA” of the GOST R FSIS, transition of standards into machine-readable format.
Events are held within the framework of the Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation in the field of standardization and metrology. Following training workshops, participants will receive certificates of completion, educational and methodological materials. Training of the representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic will continue in Ufa at the Federal Budgetary Institution “State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing named after A.M. Muratshin” on December 19-20, 2024.
