Meeting of Rosstandart delegation and Standardization Administration of China (SAC) was held in Standartinform on April 21, 2016.
Deputy Head of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology Potemkin Boris and Vice Administrator of Standardization Administration of China (SAC) Yu Xinli greeted each other and they presented the members of their delegations at the beginning of the meeting.
Representatives of Standartinform Director General Viacheslav Vitushkin and Head of International Cooperation Department Julia Tufanova took part in this meeting as part of Russian delegation.
Boris Potemkin noted that Rosstandart was glad to welcome Chinese colleagues in its subordinated enterprise which was dealing with forming and maintaining of the Federal Information Fund of standards.
Information exchange on the changes in the Law «On standardization in the People's Republic of China» and standardization reform in the Russian Federation due to coming into force of all provisions of the Federal Law 162-FZ since
July 1, 2016 took place and also discussion of further actions aimed at establishing the working group on cooperation in the field of standardization of BRICS members.
During the 12th session of the Russian-Chinese working group Head of Rosstandart made a presentation «Information support of Russian standardization system» dedicated to the matters of improving the efficiency of ensuring and realization of the agreement on information exchange of the documents on standardization which was signed on June 10, 2014 between Standartinform and Chinese partners.
