Another five day training course on the programme «Information support of activities of the organizations of Rosstandart on the development, approval and preparation for publishing of the documents on standardization» was finished on June 10, 2016.
Directors of the Departments of Standartinform told the listeners about national system of standardization, legislation in the field of standardization and its innovations due to coming into force of the Law «On standardization in the Russian Federation», forming and maintaining the database «Russian Products», Federal Information Fund of Standards which was the basis of information support in the field of standardization.
Particular attention was paid to the design of draft standards.
« Many draft standards contain typical mistakes such as wrong design of the preface, incorrect wording and wrong design of additional annexes. We explain how to avoid these mistakes on the training courses. Listeners who finished them now could prepare standards correctly», – noted V.N.Shmelkov, Chief Editor of the Department of Printing of Standartinform.
Participants got practical skills in harmonizing draft standards in accordance with general requirements for formation, exposition, design and contents of the documents.
N.O.Kolosova, senior engineer of the laboratory of technical regulation in Russian Scientific Research Institute of Pipe Industry gave the following comment on this training course: «Teachers thoroughly told us how to design standards properly and they also provided us with the examples. In our work we are having a lot of questions and I got answers to all of them there».
Participants were awarded with the certificates of qualification on completion of this workshop.
Next training course is planned for the middle of July.
