The Federal Law governs relations during:
- the development, adoption, application and fulfillment of mandatory requirements for products including buildings and constructions or for products and related to the requirements for products, design process ( including research), production, building, installation, adjusting, operation, storage, implementation and disposal;
- application and execution on a voluntary basis of the requirements for products, design process (including research), production, building, installation, adjusting, operation, storage, implementation and disposal and also for execution of works or provision of services for the purpose of voluntary conformity assessment;
- conformity assessment.
