Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation from July 1, 2016 № 624 «On approval of the Rules of development, adoption, publishing, changing and repeal of codes of practice» came into force on July 7, 2016.
Order of development, adoption, publishing, changing and repeal of codes of practice was established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Article 22 of the Federal Law from June 29, 2015 № 162-FZ «On Standardization in the Russian Federation» which came into force since July 1, 2016.
Procedure of development and approval of codes of practice is prescribed in the Regulation.
Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation from June 28,2016 № 589- FZ «On Federal Information Fund of Standards» determines that codes of practice are part of the Federal Information Fund of Standards.
