Changes to the fundamental standards of national standardization system are placed in the automated information system «Express Standards» on July 18, 2016.
Amendments to six fundamental standards were examined at the sessions of working group on actualization of basic standards and Technical Committee on standardization «Methodology of standardization» (TC 012) which were held since March until June. Necessity of making these amendments happened due to coming into force of the Federal Law from June 29, 2015 №162-FZ «On Standardization in the Russian Federation» since July 1, 2016.
Draft amendments of GOST 1.5.-2012 «Standardization in Russian Federation. National standards. Rules of structure, drafting, presentation and indication» and GOST 1.7-2014 «Standardization in Russian Federation. National standards. Rules of presentation and indication by development on the basis of application of the international standards» are developed by Standartinform.
During the activities of working group on actualization of basic standards chaired by the Head of the Department of Technical Regulating and Standardization A.N.Barykin on the amendment to GOST R 1.2-2014 «Standardization in the Russian Federation. National standards of the Russian Federation. Instructions for development, taking over, reform and cancellation» a decision to upgrade a standard by its revision was taken. GOST R 1.2-2016 was approved by the Order of Rosstandart from June 30, 2016 № 774-st.
New standard and amendments to it were introduced since July 18, 2016. Work of GOST R 1.1-2013 «Standardization in the Russian Federation. Technical committees for standardization. Rules of organization and function» and PR 50.1.074-2004 in part of paragraph 53 and appendix B, containing the list of documents of a standard case.
