Nowadays Federal Information Fund of Standards contains four hundred thirty two «construction» standards submitted for approval by technical committee on standardization «Construction» (TC 465).
Among them there are national and interstate standards on construction mix, columns for multi-storey buildings, sand for construction works, roofing materials, thermal insulation, safety windows, concrete mixtures and also series of standards on residential and public buildings.
GOST R 54944-2012 «Buildings and structures. Methods for mеаsuring the illuminance» sets the norms of illuminance of buildings, workplaces and also streets, roads, squares and pedestrian areas.
Series of standards in the field of construction focus on safe and comfortable conditions for people`s living. They are:
GOST R 55908-2013 «Floors. Method of the covering slipperiness evaluation» lets not to slip in the gyms, working places, catering enterprises, swimming pools, bathrooms and washing facilities;
GOST 12.4.107-2012 «Occupational safety standards system. Building. Safety ropes. Specifications» is applied to the protection of the employees through the use of securing straps during manufacturing of installation constructing-installing works and emergency repairs;
GOST 20444-2014 «Noise. Traffic flows. Methods of noise characteristic determination» sets the characteristics of noise during the movements of traffic flows in the streets, motor and railway roads, open underground lines.
