Official Internet portal of legal information published an Order of Rosstandart from May 5, 2016 № 546 «On approval of the procedure and terms of application of international standards, interstate standard, regional standards and standards of foreign countries» on August 29, 2016.
According to paragraph 22 of the Article 9 of the Federal Law from June 29, 2015 № 162- FZ «On Standardization in the Russian Federation» Rosstandart is federal executive body in the field of standardization which sets the procedure and terms of application of international standards, interstate standards, regional standards and standards of foreign countries.
According to the published Order, standards have to be registered in the Federal Information Fund of Standards, which is maintained by Standartinform.
