Standartinform participated in the 4th conference of the Heads of central laboratories of facilities and leading engineers on standardization of the enterprises of SIBUR which took place in Tobolsk on August 23, 2016.
Program of activities included performance of the Director of the Department of Minpromtorg of Russia Konstantin Leonidov on the development of the system of the EAEU technical regulating, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology Anton Shalaev on innovations due to coming into force of the Federal Law from June 29, 2015 № 162- FZ «On standardization in the Russian Federation», Deputy Director General of FGUP «Standartinform» Alexandr Barkov on distribution policy of the documents on interstate standardization, Director of the Register of Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances Halidya Hamidulina on provision of safety in handling of chemical products, Senior Vice President of the Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), Senior Vice President of the Council on Technical Regulation and Standardization of Minpromtorg of Russia Andrey Lotsmanov on the role of industry during the development of the Law on standardization and its realization.
Alexandr Barkov told about the plan of establishing common procedure of distribution of the documents on interstate standardization (GOST) on the territory of countries-CIS members and he also formulated main principles of this process. He paid special attention to the matters of distribution of national standards based on the Provisions of the Federal Law 162-FZ and protection of the documents on standardization from unauthorized distribution. «Process of development of interstate standards within the EASC is financed by national bodies on standardization of the countries- CIS members. The sole right for distribution should be given to them»- Alexandr highlighted.
