Standartinform took part in the Council of Chief Engineers of JSC «Russian Helicopters» on the topic «Standardization» which was held on September 12-13, 2016 in the World Trade Center.
Performance of Deputy Director General Alexandr Barkov took place on September 13, 2016 within the section «Russian Standardization».
Alexandr Barkov informed about new rules of distribution of the documents on standardization due to coming into force of the Federal Law № 162- FZ
«On Standardization in the Russian Federation». He dwelled on the matters of distribution of national standards and protection of the documents from unauthorized copying.
He also told about the principles of functioning of the information system of national standardization and about forming and maintaining the Federal Information Fund of Standards.
«New approach to the functioning of the information system of national standardization is provision of market feedback enabling to evaluate relevance of standards and also maintaining the functioning of standardization system on the basis of self-financing»,- highlighted Alexandr Barkov.
