A meeting with the Heads of the Departments of Standartinform dedicated to the main problems, current issues and perspectives was held in Standartinform on September 19, 2016.
Director General of FGUP «Standartinform» Viacheslav Vitushkin, his Deputies, Directors of the Departments and Heads of the Divisions of the enterprise took part in this event.
Main provisions on standardization, new rules of distribution of the documents from the Federal Information Fund of Standards, composition of the Fund, charges for the provision of the documents on standardization, development of the information technology, procedure of edition of standards and information indicator were among the issues under consideration.
Representatives of Standartinform also told about the changes in public procurement, transition to 1 C Management of trade, legal enforcement of the activities of the Departments and main areas of personnel management and arrangements.
«These meetings are a great opportunity to discuss the problems in the format of a dialogue. Our Departments are situated not only in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg but also in Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg and Krasnodar. In our work we use modern means of communication such as skype but they can`t replace face-to-face interaction», - highlighted Director of the Department of Distribution of Information Products Ekaterina Kuzina. She also added that mechanisms of cooperation of Standartinform and its Departments were determined.
