Standartinform took part in the 14th session of Permanent Russian-Chinese working group on standardization, metrology, certification and inspection control of Subcommittee on trade and economic cooperation of the Commission on arrangement of regular meetings of Chief Executives of Russia and China which was held on September 19- 20, 2016 in Sochi.
Head of International Cooperation Department Julia Tufanova joined the delegation of Rosstandart.
Her performance took place on September 20, 2016 in the framework of discussion of the matter of cooperation in the field of information exchange.
Julia Tufanova informed about the activities of Standartinform, structure of the Federal Information Fund of Standards and performance of the Agreement on information exchange with Chinese colleagues.
« According to the Federal Law № 162- FZ «On Standardization in the Russian Federation» information support of national standardization system is realized by the maintenance of the Federal Information Fund of Standards and it plays a very important role during the realization of joint projects»,- highlighted Julia. She also added construction of the pipeline «Power of Siberia», high-speed rail and creation of a wide-body long distance aircraft were examples of such projects.
Matters of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of standardization, metrology, certification, accreditation, conformity assessment, state supervision and inspecting were discussed in the session of the working group.
At the end of the session a Protocol between Russia and China was signed in which the achieved arrangements were allocated and date and place of carrying out of the 15th session of working group were established.
