Deputy Director General of FGUP «Standartinform» Alexandr Barkov spoke at the conference «Technical Regulation and Standardization in industry. New legislation and Law enforcement» on November 10, 2016 in Novosibirsk.
Discussion of forming of the system of technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union was the main aim of this event.
Alexandr Barkov presented a report «Information support of national standardization system» in which he informed about the procedures of publishing of national standards and All-Russian classifiers and mechanisms of distribution of the documents of national standardization system and international, interstate, regional standards and standards of foreign countries.
« Federal Law № 162- FZ on standardization sets legal foundations for information support of national standardization system which is implemented by maintaining the Federal Information Fund of Standards, creation and use of federal information systems, official publishing, edition and distribution of the documents of national standardization system» - highlighted Alexandr. He also noted that Standartinform was appointed as an operator of this Fund by national authorities of the Russian Federation.
This conference was organized by Rosstandart together with the RSPP Committee for Technical regulation, Standardization and Conformity assessment with support of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Minpromtorg of Russia and Government of Novosibirsk.
