Signing of an Agreement between STANDARTINFORM and ASTM International will take place on May 22, 2017 in the framework of the 11th Annual International workshop on standardization which is traditionally organized by NORMDOCS in Saint Petersburg.
This workshop will be held since May 22-24, 2017. It is devoted to the matters of international and foreign standardization. Leading international experts in the field of standardization will perform as speakers. They are John Pace, Vice President of Publications and Marketing for ASTM International, Nicolas Fleury, Acting ISO Secretary - General, James S. Thomas, Assistant Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for ASTM International, Lakshmy Mahon, Director for Global Industry Services at American Petroleum Institute (API), Guilaine Fournet, Head of Sales and Business Development of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), Christopher Mahler, Business Development Manager in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), representatives of the Society of Automotive Engineers International (SAE) and Finnish Standards Association (SFS).
Various matters such as international experience on distribution of the documents on standardization, organizing of training courses, educational programs and licensing policy will be examined during this workshop.
