Meeting with a representative of the Association of the European Rail Industry (UNIFE) in the person of IRIS General Manager Bernard Kaufmann took place in STANDARTINFORM on May 17, 2017.
Two documents were signed between Director General of STANDARTINFORM Viacheslav Vitushkin and IRIS General Manager Bernard Kaufmann at the end of this meeting. They are the following Agreements: «Distributorship of IRIS Certification rules» and Agreement «On adopting text of Russian version ISO 9001:2015».
Before their signing Mr. Kaufmann told about strong cooperation with ISO during the development of standard ISO/TS 22163:2017 «Railway applications – Quality management system – Business management system requirements for rail organizations: ISO 9001:2015 and particular requirements for application in the rail sector».
Head of International Cooperation Department Julia Tufanova reported on the main provisions of the Federal Law № 162- FZ «On standardization in the Russian Federation» from June 29, 2015 and the functioning of the Federal Information Collection of Standards.
Leading specialists of International Cooperation Department Christina Kosolapova and Yana Eganova took part in the organization of the meeting and drafting of texts of these Agreements.
