51th session of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification of the Commonwealth of Independence States (EASC) will take place at the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Baku since May 30 till June 1, 2017.
International conference «25th EASC anniversary- results and prospects» was held in the framework of this session on May 30, 2017.
Director General of STANDARTINFORM Viacheslav Vitushkin is taking part in these events as part of a delegation of GOST R.
Draft agenda of the session covers 40 issues including the matter concerning Draft Agreement «On distribution of the documents on interstate standardization» and Draft Procedure of distribution of the documents on interstate standardization. These documents were prepared by STANDARTINFORM and examined at the 53th session of technical committee on standardization in Ekaterinburg in which employees of STANDARTINFORM took an active part. The above mentioned documents were developed in the framework of the activities on improving of the EASC actions on interstate standardization and principles of its financing.
