Testing of the updated Russian version of the site of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was finished with the subsequent free access to it for all interested users at the end of August 2017.
Russian version of the ISO site allows to become familiar with the latest news in the field of international standardization, articles of the ISO magazine, brochures and publications of ISO. Russian version of the ISO site also allows to buy international standards in the ISO store.
Launch of the Russian version of the ISO site is an important event in 2017. ISO began its activities concerning involving of a large number of stakeholders and organizations to the development of international standards 70 years ago in 1949.
Russian language was determined as one of three official languages of ISO along with English and French.
Cooperation of the ISO Central Secretariat and STANDARTINFORM contributed to a successful implementation of this project. Employees of the International Cooperation Department, Department of Printing and IT Department of STANDARTINFORM had a meeting with an employee of the ISO Central Secretariat Lionel Egger in July 2017. Lionel told about the structure of a new version of the ISO site, peculiarities of work with Jahia platform and its interface.
STANDARTINFORM is responsible for the updating of the information of the Russian version of the ISO site.
