Agreement with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) was signed on September 26, 2018 in the framework of events of the General Assembly of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
IEEE Special Reseller License Agreement was signed by the Director General of STANDARTINFORM Viacheslav Vitushkin and the Global Affairs Program Director of IEEE Ms. Moira Patterson.
IEEE grants STANDARTINFORM rights to distribute and sell IEEE publications, network licenses on the territory of the Russian Federation and also make translations of IEEE publications and sell them according to this Agreement.
During this meeting Parties also discussed further cooperation and agreed to sign an Agreement in the near future which will give STANDARTINFORM a right to use IEEE standards for the development of national documents on standardization of the Russian Federation.
