81 national and interstate standards came into force in October 2018. Standards of Russian system of quality on testing of knitted underwear etc. and documents containing characteristics and requirements apply to plastic, solid biofuel, cork stoppers for still wine, industrial automation and integration systems, gas distribution systems, arctic operations in petroleum and natural gas industries, aircraft batteries and are among these documents.
Let us make a review of standards that came into effect. They are the following:
GOST R 56069-2018 «Requirements for experts and specialists. Verifier of measuring instruments. General requirements» replaces standard of 2014. It can be used by federal executive authorities fulfilling state metrological supervision, expert organizations on accreditation, organizations that are responsible for making training of specialists and also by enterprises which are making training of their specialists as verifiers of measuring instruments.
GOST R 58098-2018 «Services in railway transport. Requirements for passengers service in high-speed trains» has been implemented for the first time and this document divides classes of service of passengers into several classes - base class, economy class, business class and premium class.
GOST R 58099-2018 «Services in railway transport. Requirements for passengers service in local trains» has been implemented for the first time and it also divides classes of service into the following ones - base class (carriages without additional services), economy class (carriages with a set of additional services for payment), business class (carriages with a set of additional services that are included in the price of travel document).
GOST R 58091-2018 «Consumer services. Nail service. Terminology, classification and general requirements» has been implemented for the first time. It is not applied to medical services. Nail service is a set of services such as manicure, pedicure, nail strengthening, decoration of nails etc. according to this standard. Standard also introduces the following terms: manicure/pedicure, classic manicure, hardware manicure, hot-tempered manicure, combined manicure etc.
