STANDARTINFORM as part of delegation of GOST R took part in the 16th session of the Permanent Russian-Chinese Working group on standardization, metrology, certification and inspection control of the Subcommittee on trade and economic cooperation of the Commission on arrangement of regular meetings of Chief Executives of Russia and China.
This event took place in Ekaterinburg on December 6-7, 2018.
Russian delegation was headed by the Deputy Head of GOST R Anton Shalaev.
Director General of the Department of Management of Technical Standards of State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), Vice-Administrator of Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC) Cui Gang presented Chinese delegation.
Head of the International Cooperation Department of STANDARTINFORM Julia Tufanova presented information on implementation of the Agreement for supplying national standards during 2017-2018.
Parties agreed to determine a contact person from Chinese side who will be responsible for cooperation within the framework of current Agreement. Julia Tufanova was appointed as such contact person on behalf of the Russian Federation.
Parties positively assessed activities conducted within the framework of current Agreement and came to the conclusion that it would be necessary to examine an opportunity of provision of Chinese standards on food products to Russian Federation. Many Russian manufacturers are interested in purchase of such documents.
