Training of leaders of the Council on youth policy under the Head of GOST R on the programme «Transformation Leaders» was held on March 4-5, 2019 in STANDARTINFORM.
This course was dedicated to GOST R young leaders, whose main goals were organization of an effective activity of the project team, achieving of the aims within the context of rapid changes of the external environment and technologies of work.
Executive Secretary of the Council on youth policy, Leading Specialist of the International Cooperation Department of STANDARTINFORM Christina Kosolapova noted that current team was being formed during the whole year and the most active participants completed the training on forming of leadership qualities in terms of project work, skills of effective communication and public speaking.
Participants received training certificates at the strategic session, which took place on January 14-18, 2019 in Noginsk region.
Training was aimed at acquisition of knowledge in the fields of projects` implementation, fruitful organization of project work, matters of leadership in management, improvements of communication skills and public speaking.
Matter of management of projects was also determined during the training. Participants learnt about peculiarities of project work, sequence of stages etc.
Participants also became familiar with the tools of work with data, influence of information on audience and its involvement during discussion process. Special attention was paid to the development of skills of public speaking, making contact with the audience, competence to point out the aims and formulate key message.
