Draft Procedure of distribution of the documents on interstate standardization that was prepared by STANDARTINFORM was approved during the session of the Committee on Economic Affairs under the CIS Economic Council in the division of the CIS Executive Committee in Moscow on the 17th of April 2019.
This Draft has been developed according to the Article 5 of an Agreement on distribution of the documents on interstate standardization from 1st of June 2018.
This document sets conditions of distribution of the documents on interstate standardization. This Draft Procedure is dedicated to provide reliability, relevance of distributed documents on interstate standardization, estimate demand of these documents and sustain functioning of system of interstate standardization on the basis of self-financing principle.
Deputy Head of Rosstandart (GOST R) Anton Shalaev presented this Draft Procedure to the members of the CIS Economic Council. Draft Procedure was performed by Director General of STANDARTINFORM Viacheslav Vitushkin and it had similarly been approved during the 56th session of scientific and technical commission on standardization that was held in Saint Petersburg. This Draft Procedure also received approval during the 54th EASC session in 2018 in Chisinau. First Deputy Director General of STANDARTINFORM Aleksandr Barkov presented this document during the 54th EASC session.
According to the results of the session, members of the Committee on Economic Affairs took a decision to submit this approved document for further examination of the CIS Economic Council. Session of the CIS Economic Council will be held on the 21st of June 2019 in Minsk.
