Since April 2019, 90 documents on the standardization of interstate and national level have come into force. Among them are standards for wood and its products, utensils and Cutlery, fittings, fuel, as well as in the oil and gas industry. A number of preliminary national standards for roads, palm oil and the Internet of things. FGUP "STANDARTINFORM" has prepared an overview of some of them.
GOST 1578-2017 " Automotive and motorcycle speedometers driven by a flexible shaft. Technical requirements and test methods" was introduced instead of GOST 1578-76 and is designed to measure the speed and distance traveled. Establishes technical requirements and test methods for them.
The document states that speedometers are made with a final counter indicating the distance traveled. The total capacity of the counter should be 999999,9 or 999999 km. Final meter readings speedometers, issued by the manufacturer shall be not more than 10 km. Speedometers are not reparable.
GOST 12936-2017 "Speedometers automotive with electric drive. Technical requirements and test methods" was introduced instead of GOST 12936-82 and applies to speedometers powered by the on-Board network, designed to convert the pulse frequency of the contactless speedometer sensor or the speed of the drive shaft of the speedometer sensor in the indication of the speedometer speed, as well as the number of revolutions of the drive shaft of the speedometer sensor in the meter reading of the distance traveled by the car.
The document describes the periodic and typical tests to which the product is subjected to quality control. Speedometers are made for nominal DC voltage 12 and 24 V.
PNST 354-2019 "Information technologies. Internet of things. The Protocol of wireless data transmission on the basis of narrow-band modulation of a radio signal (NB-Fi) acts till April 1, 2022. The preliminary standard establishes requirements for the exchange Protocol for the Internet of things in the narrow band spectrum (NB-Fi), including requirements for the following levels: physical, MAC, transport, presentation.
The standard applies such terms as: radio transceiver – integrated circuit designed for receiving and transmitting data using radio signals (including through the NB-Fi Protocol); device receiving and transmitting data/modem – hardware and software complex with built-in radio transceiver, which is either independent equipment or built-in component in the end device used for receiving or transmitting data using a radio transceiver.
PNST 355-2019 "Palm Oil and its fractions. General technical conditions" is valid until April 1, 2021.
The preliminary standard establishes requirements for the production of grocery products as food (eddible) fat-and-oil raw materials or fat-and-oil ingredient (component) of food products, as well as palm oil and its fractions used as raw materials for the production of household soap, and solid toilet soap on a fat basis.
Document classifies palm oil depending on the conditions and objectives of fractionation: palm olein; palm superolein; palm stearin. Depending on the degree of purification of palm oil and its fractions are divided into: crude; refined nodestoremove; nodestoremove refined, bleached; refined, bleached, deodorized.
