On April 26, 2019 held STANDARTINFORM a meeting of the Working group to finalize the changes of GOST R 1.1 (RK) under the chairmanship of Y. Budkin, Deputy General Director of STANDARTINFORM.
The meeting was attended by members of the Working group: from Standardinform – A. Balvanovich, Executive Secretary of the WG; E. Sorokin, developer; as well as from VNIIS, APMP, ASMS (Training), Association "Association Of producers, suppliers and consumers of aluminum", the secretariats of TC 187 and TC 045, Transmashholing.
In his opening speech, Y. Budkin noted the importance of the development of GOST R 1.1 as one of the most significant fundamental standards, which affects the activities of all technical committees on standardization.
The participants of the meeting discussed the comments and suggestions received for changes in GOST R 1.1, requiring direct dialogue between the developer and interested organizations.
A number of issues were considered, including: harmonization of the content of the standard with the order of creation, operation and liquidation of the TC and PTK, approved by the order of Rosstandart № 588 dated may 23, 2016; expansion of the use of the Federal state information system (FGIS) Rosstandart in the work of the TC, while maintaining the possibility of electronic document circulation within the TC for the period of improvement and refinement of the corresponding functionality of the FGIS.
The proposals of the WG members were discussed, among them the proposal of the TC 187 Secretariat, ACMS (Training) representative N. Kuprikova about inclusion in the standard the obligatory need to pass the professional retraining by the members of TC who have the diploma not on a profile of activity of the organization.
Following the meeting, the WG members made decisions:
approve the activities of the developer to update GOST R 1.1;
to finalize GOST R 1.1 taking into account the results of the WG;
to submit a question about the "mandatory professional training of the members of the TC" on the discussion within TC 012 "Methodology standardization".
