Since the 1st of May 2019, 51 documents on standardization of interstate and national level have come into force. Among them are standards for building materials, elevators, medical devices, in the field of information technology and a number of preliminary national standards for "green" technologies. FSUE "STANDARTINFORM" has prepared an overview of some of them.
GOST 8823-2018 "freight elevators. Basic parameters and dimensions" was introduced for the first time and applies to freight elevators designed for the transportation of goods unaccompanied by people. Their cabin is available for people and means of outdoor transport. The document establishes the basic parameters and dimensions of electric and hydraulic freight elevators. The standard gives the internal dimensions of the cabin, doorway, internal dimensions of the Elevator shaft (its width, depth and height), the size of the machine room.
GOST 25697-2018 "Reinforced concrete slabs of balconies and loggias. General technical conditions" was introduced instead of GOST 25697-83. The standard establishes the types, basic parameters and dimensions of reinforced concrete slabs of balconies and loggias made of heavy concrete or lightweight concrete with an average density of more than 1200 kg/m3, which are intended for residential and public buildings.
According to the design solution, the plates are divided into flat hollow (only loggia plates), flat solid and ribbed. According to the method of relying on the supporting structure and the nature of the plate on – console (plate, pinched in the wall on one side or two adjacent sides), beam (plate, supported on two opposite or three sides).
GOST 24033-2018 "Windows, doors, gates. Methods of mechanical testing" was introduced instead of GOST 24033-80, GOST 26892-86. To the methods of mechanical testing, the document includes tests to determine the reliability (faultlessness), resistance: static load acting in the plane of the leaf; static load acting perpendicular to the plane of the leaf and in the zone of loops; dynamic load from the impact of a soft inelastic body acting in the direction of opening; dynamic load from the impact of a solid object; breaking in.
PNST 330-2018 "Green" standards. Basic provisions and principles" is valid until may 1, 2022 and describes the main provisions, goals, objectives, principles, requirements for the composition and structure of the construction of "green" standards. The preliminary standard defines the objects of "green" standardization: "green" products, "green" technologies, "green" technologies of life environment.
The document States that "green" products and "green" technologies provide safe and favorable conditions for human life and health, as well as preservation and restoration of the natural environment, rational use and reproduction of natural resources, prevention of negative impact of economic and other activities on the environment and elimination of its consequences throughout the life cycle.
