STANDARTINFORM is a regular participant of the exhibition and events within the framework of the Moscow international innovation forum "Accurate measurements – the basis of quality and safety", traditionally held at VDNH on the eve of world Metrology day.
In 2019, the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia and Rosstandart from 15th to 17th of May organized the forum.
At the opening ceremony, chaired by the head of Rosstandart A. Abramov, speeches were held by member of Board (Minister) for technical regulation of the Eurasian economic Commission V. Nazarenko; the head of the Federal service for accreditation A. Khersontsev; head of Roskoshestvo M. Protasov; first Deputy Chairman of RSPP Committee for technical regulation, standardization and conformity assessment A. Lotzmanov. Welcome letter from the Minister of industry and trade of the Russian Federation D. Manturova was read by the Director of the Department of state policy in the field of technical regulation, standardization and ensuring the unity of measurements of the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia O. Mezentseva.
The business program of the forum includes a plenary session of the all-Russian Congress of metrologists and instrument makers, round tables, seminars, meetings and, traditionally, an exhibition, which presents the latest developments in the field of measurement, the activities of subordinate organizations of Rosstandart, analytical materials.
At the stand of Standartinform (C 73) heads of specialized departments answered questions about the Federal information Fund of standards, the national certification system, international cooperation in the field of standardization, explained the principles of providing enterprises with documents on standardization, the use of standards in the procurement of goods and services, talked about registration of catalog sheets of products, revealed the mechanisms of regulation of draft standards, provided information about training activities and works on standardization of products of oil refining and petrochemical industry, as well as equipment of electric power and electrical engineering.
The first issue of the "Bulletin of the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology" for 2019 is presented at the stand. It is unique in that it introduces readers to the new corporate style of Rosstandart, common to all organizations of the system.
This style is common for all the stands of Rosstandard organizations at the exhibition.
The journal gives the final rating of the five most important events of the last year in the field of standardization and Metrology. Round table "ISO – GOST R", held in STANDARTINFORM with the participation of the President of the International organization for standardization (ISO) J. Walter, Secretary-General of ISO C. Mujica, head of Rosstandart A. Abramov, Deputy head of Rosstandart B. Potemkin and A. Shalaev, acting General Director of FGUP "STANDARTINFORM" V. Vitushkin, – is the main news in the release. The journal issue contains an infographic illustrating the indicators of standardization activities at all levels of standardization in percentage terms, as well as representing the dynamics of changes in the composition of documents of the Federal information Fund of standards for 2013-2018.
The traditional special section of the Bulletin of Rosstandart "The Team" focuses on the activities, projects and research team of the all-Russian research Institute of metrological service (VNIIMS) subordinated to Rosstandart. Director of VNIIMS A. Kuzin tells about the achievements, promising developments of the Institute, international cooperation and plans for 2019.
In the framework of the exhibition, specialists communicated, gave advice to the visitors and discussed possible future cooperation.
