On 23 October 2019 Alexander Mikheev was appointed as Director General of FGUP "Russian scientific and technical information center for standardization, Metrology and conformity assessment" (FGUP "STANDARTINFORM"). Previously he was on the position of First Deputy Director General in our organization.
Alexander Mikheev has graduated from Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod state University and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
He worked on senior positions at the Federal grid company of the Unified energy system and the Moscow United electric grid company.
He is working in STANDARTINFORM since June 2015. He supervised the formation and maintenance of the Federal information standards Fund, worked in the field of information technology and the development of the national certification system.
