It is reported that the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation developed recommendations on the procedure for mandatory certification by applicants and conformity assessment bodies during the current epidemiological situation.
The recommendations, in particular, provide for the possibility of postponing the inspection control procedure for existing certificates of conformity for serial products for 6 months, if the next scheduled inspection control period has come or is occurring during the current epidemiological situation. This is due to the restriction of the ability of specialists of conformity assessment bodies to travel to enterprises.
In addition, it reports on measures and actions taken in the event of the expiration of the serial certificate, as well as during the certification of products that are first released into circulation.
